INTRODUCTION It is hoped that this site in conjunction with published articles and association development programmes that we can further develop the interest and standards of youth referees around the world. I being the youngest referee in my country (I think) and one of the very, very few young referees within my national area sometimes find it hard to access the help that I need. |

That is where "Youth Referee" comes in where "hopefully" a substantial membership of soccer referees can come together and discuss issues and give or gain assistance from others at the click of a button. It will undoubtedly take time for the word to pass around the world and for the project to reach its optimum effectiveness, so I plead with potential members to fill out the registration form and join the "absolutely, positively, FREE ,no strings attached help service. |
